Like all waterproof cases your phone's earpiece, microphone and speakerphone volume will all be greatly reduced when this case is installed since the case has waterproof gaskets and coverings all around to protect against water intrusion.

Open Box Condition. Case was handled outside of the packaging in a retail store and then was not sold. Case has been cleaned with rubbing alcohol may show a very small light scratch or two but is otherwise in A grade condition. Retail packaging is included. Case still has original protective plastic in place on back surface of case.

We have not water tested the case so we recommend water testing this case before use to make sure it is fully sealed if you are going to submerge your phone in water. Case is IP69K & IP68 Waterproof Rated.
